1. Wastewater
The chicken house washing wastewater and domestic sewage generated by the project will enter the sewage treatment station of the site for centralized treatment, and will be used for irrigation of surrounding farmers after treatment, and will not be discharged.
Therefore, the wastewater generated by this project has little impact on the surrounding water bodies.
2. Exhaust gas
The air pollutants generated during the project operation are mainly foul odor gases generated in chicken houses, sewage treatment stations, etc. during the breeding process, and exhaust gases generated by transportation vehicles. The malodorous gas generated in the sewage treatment station is discharged through the activated carbon adsorption deodorization process, and is discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder after being purified by the activated carbon adsorption device; the duckhouse malodorous gas is improved through reasonable layout, control of feeding density, enhanced ventilation, and the addition of additives to the feed to enhance greening, Spray deodorant to prevent secondary pollution; internal and external transportation of the project will generate a certain amount of dust and automobile exhaust. After taking measures such as slowing down, hardening the road, spraying water to suppress dust, and planting green belts on both sides of the road, the amount produced can be To a minimum.
3. Noise
The noise source of this project is mainly production equipment. After taking certain noise reduction measures, it can meet the requirements of Class 2 standards of "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises at the Boundary" (GB12348-2008).
4. Solid waste
The solid wastes in this project mainly come from chicken manure, scattered feathers, feed residues, sick and dead chickens, epidemic prevention and other medical wastes, waste activated carbon, sewage treatment sludge and domestic garbage. Among them, chicken manure and scattered feathers and feed residues are collected and sold for sale after the end of the breeding cycle; sick and dead chickens are collected and treated by a harmless treatment plant; and the medical waste generated by the project is temporarily stored after collection. In the temporary storage room, the hazardous waste treatment qualified units shall conduct regular centralized disposal; the waste activated carbon replaced by the sewage treatment station shall be directly recovered by the manufacturer; the sludge and domestic garbage generated by the project sewage treatment station shall be collected and transported by the sanitation department periodically after collection. Therefore, all solid wastes are effectively disposed of and not discharged externally.
